Summer is coming and I feel like I need a reset! I’ve been working out all winter and eating healthy as much as possible but I still have some stubborn inches to lose.
So, I decided to team up again with NakedNourished on a FREE 10 Day Shred which begins May 30th and I wanted to invite you all to do it with me! Challenges like these are much more fun alongside friends and we can do anything for 10 days right?
Why a 10 Day Shred? In addition to weight loss, it reduces inflammation and promotes rejuvenate in a short amount of time.
This is the first time I’ll be participating in NakedNourished’s 10 day Shred so here are the details…
10 Day Shred Guidelines:
- Have 2 smoothies per day with 1 healthy meal in between (all recipes included)
- Drink Plenty of Water
- Sleep 7-8 Hours
- Exercise Most Days
- ELIMINATE: Gluten, Dairy, Caffeine, Alcohol, Processed Foods Artificial and Refined Sugars, Eating After 6:00 p.m.
